Seeing the Sees

Our last social stop in Qld was definately a trip highlight. The last time we saw Velvet and Jethro See they fit nicely inside a Wridgeways removal box from which to spring and scare their unsuspecting father. Now a-days there's not many tricks that Velvet can't do with a soccer ball nor Jethro with a double bass.

Their parents Peter and Carol relocated the family to Qld, no-doubt seeking sun and a life less-hurried than London. And we should say too that that includes their elder-teen Moses, whose emergence late in the day from his bedroom has this mother-of-an-early-rising-toddler dreaming of time-filled mornings some 14 years hence!

Tor reckons that the See's new place is way cool. It has chooks, enticing 'stuff' collected on family travels, more musical instruments then its house-hold inhabitants have fingers to play them and a dog to take walking. Genuine tears were shed on departure and 'Vel-ve' continued to be talked of for some time to come. Thanks for a wonderful day guys, we can't wait to see you down south!

We had a fantastic time seeing Tor, Alison and Anthony. It has been a long time since we last saw each other in London which was before Tor was born!

We now know where to off load all our musical instruments, chooks and other exciting things when we move into a townhouse!!

Next time Tor can try out Jethro's bamboo xylophone which he is currently making.
