Lunch with Slyvie, Greg and Molly's chocolates
We visited Syliva and Greg recently at their home in Melton. Anthony had spent the morning nearby recklessly lapping a dirt track in what is commonly called a 'Rally Drive experience'. Tor and Alison meanwhile spent a very enjoyable morning chatting with Sylvia, playing in the park and patting the puppy dogs. We met back at 'gourmet central' for a yummy lunch and the chance to relax over a glass of wine.
And it is at this point that our alarm bells should have started ringing. As any parent of a 'spirited child' will tell you, 'parent relaxation = child opportunity' and Tor found it in the very large box of fundraising chocolates Molly had left in the centre of the dining room table.
One significant contribution to the scout fundraiser later we made our goodbyes, wrestled our sugar-crazed opportunist into his child restraint and headed back to the city.
Pictured are Sylvia and Greg, Tor playing 'the toolman' and a crunchie bar - the final spoils :-)
Thanks for a wonderful day guys.
